For our Sunday evening activity, we first tried to take a walk...too cold & too windy. We made it to the end of the complex & turned around. Then we tried to play Dance Dance Revolution...too difficult with small children. Finally, I pulled out the old stand by from my childhood..."Don't Eat Pete!" Steve had never played the game before. Can you believe it? Kate absolutely loved it and couldn't wait until it was her turn again. She would yell, "don't Pete!" She also did the double grab of the M&M's when it was her turn. What a sneaky little girl! It's always fun to watch & hear her laugh really hard. Her eyes get squinty, her cheeks start turning red & she tilts her head back with her mouth wide open. She's a funny little girl with such a big personality! There definitely will be more nights with Pete.

how fun! i've never played either, but my boys LOVE m&m's. (who doesn't) we'll have to give it a try.
I've never played...sounds like a blast! How fun to watch your kids experience everything for the first time...so much fun and so rewarding!
Steve--come on, give us a big SMILE!
We LOVE that game. We do it with m&ms, skittles, cereal, marshmallows (tried raisins once, didn't work--I wonder why!?!).
Hey Sommer--we will be there in Utah THIS weekend! Hallelujah! Where should we live? (yikes)
