Thanksgiving!

Our Thanksgiving was VERY low key... just the FIVE of us. That means Steve and I made the entire Thanksgiving lunch from scratch, by ourselves. (hopefully the first and only time, we sure missed our families)

I made homemade rolls with Becky the night before.

Our turkey turned out yummy!
(I was a little slow on the purchasing & defrosting of the turkey. Therefore, Steve stayed up all night, on quick method of defrosting, changing out the cold water every 30 minutes for 10 hours. It totally worked!)

Miss Sage snacking on a roll

After lunch, we all went to see the new Tangled movie in 3D. A thumbs up from the entire the family!

When we got home, our delicious pumpkin roll was waiting for us.

We are thankful for EACH OTHER and ALL of YOU!

Toothless...

...well, kind of.
Kate's permanent teeth grew in before loosing her baby teeth, giving her double chompers on the bottom! She had her two bottom teeth pulled today to make room for the permanent pearly whites. So she lost her first teeth today, but is definitely not toothless.
Before:

AFTER:

Hopefully the tooth fairy will remember to come tonight!

p.s. she's been asking all sorts of questions; what time does the tooth fairy come, how does she get into the house, how much money will she leave, will she take my baby teeth or leave them?

Soaking it ALL in

before the white stuff hits our front porch next week!

We spent many hours outside at the park this week; enjoying the gorgeous weather, admiring, collecting & scattering the fall leaves & soaring to "infinity & beyond" on the swings!
