It's a stone on the foil (foil is a must or your stone will crack). Turn the pizza around on the stone a couple of times so it cooks evenly. Then when the crust/bottom is done take it off and put it in the oven on high broil for one to two minutes! Let me know how it goes.

K. Are you grilling it on a plank? Or is that a stone on top of the foil? I am dying to try that!
