Out of the Mouth of Kate!

1. "I want to be three things when I grow up; a mommy, a doctor and Pocahontas."

2. Kate get down off the table. "Why, someone might eat me?"

3. "Hello Sagey, beauty, baby, girl!"

4. Every morning... "who's coming to our house today?"

5. "Mom, I want two things for Christmas; a flashlight and a yo-yo."

6. She has given Chandler a new name, "Shirley."

7. "Mom, you're a Mommy-kid. A mommy because you have kids and a kid because you have a mommy."

8. "Sage, we are playing bowling. What, (as she puts her ear up to Sage's mouth) what is bowling you ask? Bowling is when you roll this ball and hit those pins."

9. "Chandler, how about you take a nap so mom and I can play a game?"

10. "Do I have school today, I think my friends miss me?"

Can't Believe

She's seven weeks old!

We are loving her facial expressions. When you say her name, she gives you a smile. Followed by a squeaky chuckle and sometimes a toot!

S.J.'s

Auntie SJ (Shanda Jo) and baby SJ (Sage Juliet) had a special bond this past week. Not only do they have the same nick name, but eye color and hair style too. Miraculously, baby SJ told Auntie SJ a lot of secrets. One of them being how she wanted to live in Arizona!

Sage's Blessing Day

Steve gave Sage a beautiful baby blessing today. We are grateful for her sweet disposition and contagious smile.

"Merry Halloween!"

Kate came running in this morning yelling, "Merry Halloween!" She has been excited about the costume she chose (already knows what she wants to be next year), which made it truly a merry week.

We have been celebrating Halloween all week with the ward trunk or treat, a preschool costume party, Omniture's family party and the real Halloween!

Firestation!

Kate learned about fire safety this week at school. She was excited when the firetruck and ambulance came to flash their lights and talk about being safe. One the way home she commented how it was "so cool and they were so handsome!" Handsome... she is scaring me, she's only four!

FOUR Years!

Kate had her "real" birthday today, the BIG four! She had four requests for her special day.

1. Waffles for breakfast (Eggo's, she won't eat real waffles)
2. A doctors kit
3. Her own "computer"
4. Jumping after daddy got home from work!

This is her own "computer"/ Leapster! She played it all morning.
