Nine Weeks to Go...

... or sixty- three days, but who's counting?

I'm still measuring three weeks early, but I think she has an competitive spirit of beating her siblings birth weight of 8lbs. 12oz & 9 lbs. 8 oz.

Ninety Two Degrees...

When I got out of the shower, Kate had dressed herself for the day; sundress, Velour jacket, scarf & hat... apparently she thinks there's a cold front coming in. Or the eight degrees drop from the weekend made her a little chilly!

We Hate Goodbye's!

It was FUN having Nana and Papa in Salt Lake for a month... we hated to see them go so soon!

New Bedding!

I sewed my first and last king quilt top for our new bedding! My mother sewed the top and backing together and also did the binding. For an extra surprise she made pillow shams from the extra material. I just love the way it turned out!

1. After doing her hair- "It looks perfect!"
2. When I ask her to do something- "Yes, your heinous"
3. "Mom we don't eat boogers, they are not food, they are just boogers."
4. "Do you want to watch a Woovie (movie)?"
5. "Who's birthday is it today?"
6. Who made this mess?- " I think Chandler because he makes messes and I am your big helper."
7. "Crinkle Crinkle little star, how me wonder what you are."
8. "Mom, after we have tubbie and brush our teeff and read books and wake up and have breakfast... what are we going to do?"
9. "Do we live in Lehi or Utah?"
10. "Ummm... I think I want to wear a dress today."

Happy Fourth!

We had an eventful Fourth of July by... spending the afternoon in Midway, rode the Heber Creeper Train, had dinner at the park in Lehi, twirled our own sparklers and watched the Thanksgiving Point fireworks from our bedroom window!

Nana Time!

We spent the day with Nana at Gardner Village... full of shopping, eating and treats from Sweet Afton's!

He's 30!

Steve turned the BIG Thirty on Saturday! We celebrated with dining at The Roof, a movie, a king cake for our KING (made by Kate and Nana) and of course... presents!

Fathers Day!

A shout out to our daddy... we adore him, we hide/scare him when he comes home from work, he takes us to the park, gives us tubbies, reads to us, plays hide-n-seek with us, laughs with us, he takes us for wagon rides, to the grocery store and on errands, gets up in the middle of night with us when we have bad dreams, takes us swimming & still loves us when we are outta control!
