Chan's First Talk

Chandler gave his first talk in Primary on the Temple. He did a great job & had half of it memorized. Way to go Chaney!

Pioneer Evening

We roasted mellows for smores & waved sparklers with our neighbors...

Twenty-two Months

Baby sister is not a baby anymore.

*She likes to snuggle on her own time

* She loves to put on shoes- any shoes (shoe-a's)

*She loves to ride her bike

*She's a spitfire-(claws at your face)

* Has to sleep with her night-night (blanket)

* Favorite foods: cheese, grapes, chips, biscuits & gravy, pancakes, eggs, fruit snacks/fruit leather, rice & beans, grilled cheese sandwiches, spaghetti, french fries w/ fry sauce & chocolate

* Does not like to wear clothes, only shoes (a constant struggle morning, noon & night)

*Is potty training herself (goes on the toilet at least 5 times a day)

* Likes to watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse

* Loves animals (when they aren't too close)

* Loves to play with baby dolls & pretends to feed them

* Is left handed (just like her Nana whom she's named after)

*Does not like to swim, but likes to take baths

* Loves to get her hair done

* Does not like to be thrown up in the air, spun around or turned upside down

* Cries/screams at fireworks, balloons popping, going through the car wash, or any other loud sounds

* Likes to go to nursery, Costco & Target

*Loves to swing at the park
*Loves books
*Spends most of her time on the kitchen island saying, "I help!"

10K & Foam FUN!

Saturdays pre-pioneer festivities started early in the morning when I ran the Pioneer Classic 10 K. Afterwards, the kids enjoyed snow cones, bounce houses & face painting.

After lunch, the kids participated in Lehi's FOAM Day! They had a great time until their goggles fell off & got it in their eyes!

But they sure looked cute!

Parks & 47 Days Floats

This week we ventured out to three different parks & the 47 Days Float preview that was held at the Southtowne Expo Center!

The kids enjoyed the face painting & balloon creatures, while Becky & I were amazed at all the creative floats!

FUN times by all!

An Outdoor Weekend

We spent the entire weekend outside. Why? Because we can & we deserve it!
Alpine park is one of our favorites; the best swings, beautiful mountains, huge shade trees, tons of grass.
